Gnome 3.14 will be available in Fedora 21 by default, but I don't want to wait, the gnome 3.14 has been released now:

is there any way of upgrading my gnome 3.10 to 3.14 in Fedora 20? if so, how? thanks

No. GNOME 3.14 has dependencies on newer libraries that are provided only with Fedora 21. A Fedora 21 alpha release is available and yum updates in that release already provides GNOME 3.14 however it is a pre-release.

If you can't wait and want to upgrade to Fedora 21 instead. You can easily do that by running these commands:

# rpm --import
# yum update yum
# yum clean all
# yum --releasever=21 distro-sync --nogpgcheck

I wrote some more about upgrading here:
