DNF doesn't seem to play nice with a local repo created by yum-plugin-local
Failed to synchronize cache for repo '_local' from '[u'file:/home/$USER/Documents/Software/local']': Cannot prepare internal mirrorlist: realpath(file:/home/$USER/Documents/Software/local) error: No such file or directory, disabling.
Bug Filed. Closing this thread as nothing to be done here.
use
dnf install mypackage --disablerepo=_local
or if you consider it as a bug , fill a bug notice at bugzilla.redhat.com
@mether I plan to. There is a yum-plugin-local bug https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=991014 . I have made the comment but it is marked low. So I am not sure if I should file another bug or let developers take their time.

I see you already commented on correct bug. Maybe wait for developers to find time to write this plugin or discuss this issue on Freenode server irc channel #yum
@pnemade I am not sure if that is a correct bug. I am not asking for
yum-plugin-localsupport. I can extrapolate thatdnfmight fail withcreaterepotoo which I would hope something that is posed to take overyumshouldn't.
