CPU working too hard!

I got Fedora 19 on my HP Pavillion G6. Fedora is too slow and cpu is getting so warm all the time(no active processes). I cant use it at all. sensor data is like 103 C (105 critical). Whats wrong?

Open a terminal and run the command top This will give you a list of running processes refreshing (by default) every three seconds. The first one listed is the one using the most CPU at the moment. Probably, from what you're writing, the same process will stay there, with very high usage. Respond to this comment with the name, CUP usage and (if it seems unreasonable) MEM usage.

1) did the fan is working ?

The last time i have seen that the proc fan was not working properly either dead or stuck with dirt.

2) did it come from the the OS ?

try to boot with a livecd (fc20/fc19) to see if it's reproductible.
