Hi there. I decided to install Fedora 20 after using Debian, however, after completing the installation, my computer refuses to boot to grub, and it comes up with a error.

error: no such device: f70bebeb-a435-4cf1-9f9f-db4b2c3a1230

Where it then enter a rescue mode. I want to use Fedora, but grub can't work without the live cd. Can someone help me fix this issue?

its probably that the bootloader failed to install in the correct location and did an entire screw up.
If possible try reinstalling the grub bootloader or fedora as a whole.
If you have an live usb or live cd, use that and back up your data.
If everything fails delete the fedora partition and reinstall fresh.
