Bonus points? How about 'knowing how to use a search engine'? We should get extra bonus points for that one...

Here are some (very) detailed instructions - including how do to this on ngnix:

Can I also just add that I wouldn't set up Wordpress on Fedora - if you're going to host a blog, put it onto a server OS with a long shelf life - CentOS is a good choice as it's part of the same RedHat stable.

In fact, that's exactly what I did - my Wordpress site is up and running on a CentOS 6 server in my basement.

How about testing if random links from Google actually do what they they say in the headline? I found that link and followed it step by step, and it doesn't work, before posting question here.

So please don't give links that you haven't tested.

Article is from 2010 and somethings have changed so it is not valid anymore.

So which bit doesn't work? I -have- actually installed this and have a working Wordpress site, . The only real difference is that I didn't download the latest from wordpress, but installed the version from the software repository with yum. I run mine on apache.
