Show the changelog of a yum transaction afterward

I use yum-plugin-changelog to see the changelog of package that are about to be upgraded/modified by yum, that way:

yum update --changelog

Sometimes, I also use PackageKit (using Apper from KDE) to upgrade my system, and in that case I do not see the changelogs are easily as with yum-plugin-changelog. Is there a way to get the changelog afterward? I also use yum-plugin-history, and I would like something like:

yum history info --changelog

or

yum history changelog

Is there such a functionality that I do not know? Otherwise, would it be difficult to implement in Yum? Or in Dnf?

I don't think something like this is available at the moment. You should file an RFE against dnf here: http://bugz.fedoraproject.org/dnf The maintainers are working on new plug-ins and this is a real handy one to have.

As I use only Fedora 19, so far, I do not even know if dnf already have the equivalent of yum-plugin-changelog.

They don't. I'm using the dnf nightly builds.
