In my office everyone is using Windows. The printer is a Konica Minolta Bizhb 210 dinosaur connected to the secretary's PC. I don't think Windows is even properly supported - the driver seems to be in Russian - but I can tell you they certainly aren't supporting Linux.

I can use gnome3's add printer functionality to find it on the network and authenticate through the secretary's computer (it comes up as Konicami) but I have no idea which driver to use. I think I've tried all the generic ones and raw but none of them were able to produce a test page for me.

Does anyone know how I can print to it?

There are some drivers on the official Minolta site, here: http://printer.konicaminolta.net/drivers/linux/

but they look -very- old...

There is a bit of information on DriverGuide about drivers for this printer. This link is to the closest match I can see, the BizHub 200.

You should also check that whoever is doing the printing has permissions to use that printer on the computer that you're connecting to. You might find it easiest to relax the permissions on the Windwos computer to allow everyone to print.
