Start by looking at the running services and decide what you can safely stop and disable. I typically stop and disable bluetooth, sendmail and mdmonitor (if mdmonitor applies to F20). I don't need or use these services. If I'm not mistaken, you can run (from the command line) systemd-analyze blame. This will list all services that have started and will show the one that takes the longest first. That will give you a good idea of what's going on when your system boots.
