I am using Fedora 20, and I have tried installing all adblocker extensions available in all possible browsers, but none of 'em are capable to block ads. What could be reason behind it ? Help me fix it.

This is not at all a Fedora issue. I use adblock in firefox and it works just as expected.

If you are using firefox enable javascript and reinstall adblocker. Remove unwanted addons in firefox. if works no problem, Else try removing unwanted third party softwares in fedora.

Third party software from RPMFusion does not cause ads in a browser.
