It depends on where you live and if there are Free Media volunteers for your area. When did you request the media?
I'm a Free Media volunteer in the US. If you are in the US I can send you a disk.
I see that you requested a disk yesterday, but you're in India. That's a long drive from here.
India receives 1000s of requests every month, and they don't have enough volunteers to handle that many requests. Please note that free media is for people who cannot download or buy fedora online from vendors. If you can pay, please consider purchasing a fedora cd from an online vendor. You'll get it quicker. Your free media ticket may not even be accepted any time soon, there's a huge back log already.
Please search "Fedora 20" at ebay.in for example. You get an install dvd for as low as 90 INR.
