messages and some warnings.

is a very complex tool, I cannot explain it here right now, but the messages appear logical.
As for the following message...

...If you don't have any actual problem with any vm machine (I don't have any vm machines and this message appears on my log too) then is probably a "false warning". Probably appeared there because of the no existent of any vm machine. Try to disable the vmtoolsd.service and see if the message disappeared.
sudo systemctl disable vmtoolsd.service
and restart the PC.
I've found a bug about this message here , but I'm not sure if the bug report is accurate.
