How can I add a custom shortcut in Fedora 20?

When I go into settings > keyboard > shortcuts > custom shortcuts and add my own they all say disabled. How can I enable them?

If you use GNOME, When you are on your custom shortcut page, clic on the "disabled" word, and type your shortcut (exemple: Ctr+p), and quit.
