How do I submit a patch to a package?

I have fixed a bug in a Fedora RPM spec file, and want to submit my patch back. How do I contribute it to Fedora? Where do I post it?

Filing a bug report on http://bugzilla.redhat.com/, with the patch attached is probably a good start.

You can even clone the git repo from http://pkgs.fedoraproject.org/cgit/<packagename>.git and thus provide a git format-patch.

Thanks! That's what I thought, but I just wanted to check. It turned out that the bug had already been fixed in the master branch, but I'll be certain of what to do next time this happens!
