grep write error

I see this error today. Don't know what it is. I was removing a software from Terminal. When I successfully remove that software, close and reopen the terminal, I saw this error.

Automatic Bug reporter is also not working.
I am using Fedora 19

Do a yum history list check the id of the "erase" process that you performed. Then post the output of yum history info id
