fedora19 How to turn off ipv6, forced to use ipv4?

my system fedora 19 has network error: wget facebook.com Domain name can not be resolved but wget -4 faceboo.com Can resolve domain names. yum wget browser also can not be resolved. How to solve the problem？ I think it might be a router ipv6 problem。 how to off ipv6? I need help
