Hello

How can i install ati catalyst? i tried some guides and because of it most of times i had to format computer... can you please tell me a safe way to install drivers? currently its Gallium 0.4 on AMD RV635 as default.. didnt tried to install any driver or smth..

You can't install Catalyst, the Radeon cards up to the HD4000 family (included) are not supported anymore (since at least one year).

But you shouldn't worry, the default open source driver for your driver is pretty good. Maybe one of the best open source driver available so far. And you will not have to worry everytime you install an update...

thank you for your answer... but i cant play even frozen throne... hd3650 256mb.. using wine.. but graphics going crazy 1 min later game starts :/

Then you should use an older distribution to be able to use Catalyst. I think Ubuntu 12.04 should work and it is a LTS release. But be aware of that there might be some rendering issues with GNOME Shell and this old version of Catalyst.
