Plymouth stops in fedora 19

I'm using Fedora 19 i686 kernel 3.11.6, intel dual core 2.5 GHz CPU, 3 GB ram, nvidia geforce 8400 gs 512 MB video card.

Plymouth bootsplash screen stops and black screened appears and show the message(i only give last 2 lines):

[ok] Reached Target Multi-user system.

[ok] Reached Target Graphical Interface.

Then it stuck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I wait about 5 mins but it remain same, then I press ctrl+alt+del from keyboard and reboot my machine and able to start fedora 19 with same kernel.

* But there is a problem : every time i power on my machine and boot fedora 19 (or reboot) the same problem occur again and i use the same procedure again that i mention.

* * Please tell me to fix this problem permanently **
