people.centos.org/tru/devtools-1.1/19/x86_64/RPMS/repodata/repomd.xml: [Errno 14] HTTP Error 404 - Not Found Trying other mirror.

I entered a couple of lines for redhat by accident, it totally messed up how my terminal works, while I was trying to install tox. Anyone else gone through this and know what to do? (I understand I should probably have payed more attention)

It looks like you have a broken repository. Either disable it:

yum repolist
yum-config-manager --disable <reponame>

Or fix the repo definition. Or delete it. The files live in /etc/yum.repos.d/

The best option is probably to remove the repo entirely from your system, since you are using Fedora and that repository is intended specifically for Centos 5 or 6 - according to http://people.centos.org/tru/devtools-1.1/readme
