Have you installed new themes? Are they stored in ~/.themes?

Gtk+ themes manually installed by me in ~/.themes work fine, but window borders don't.

To fix this issue, I needed to create a symlink of ~/.themes in ~/.local/share:

$ ln -s ~/.themes/ ~/.local/share/themes

Using gnome-tweak-tool I can successfully change and use new Gtk+ themes and window borders installed in ~/.themes.

HTH,

Germán.

The problem could be solved downgrading gnome-tweak-tool in F19, i.e.: yum downgrade gnome-tweak-tool
