Cannot change icons using Gnome Tweak Tools on Fedora 19

I tried to install Numix icons using Gnome Tweak Tools, but nothing changed. I extracted the .Zip file then moved it to /Home/Usr/.icons, then chose Numix icons from Gnome Tweak Tools, but it still showing the default icons

Have you tried to move your icons to /usr/share/icons? This worked for me.
