When I start my PC I get this error

Kernel panic - not syncing: VFS: Unable to mount root fs on unknown-block(0,0)
CPU: 1 PID: 1 Comm: swapper/0 Not tainted 3.10.12-100.fc18.x86_64 #1
Hardware name: Acer AO532h /AO532h , BIOS v1.10 12/15/2009

Can you tell me how I can solve this problem with GRUB command line?

You could try one of these two things.

  1. In the BIOS in the menu "Advanced > Advanced Chipset Feature" switch "Memory Hole Remapping" to disable.
  2. Run dracut to regenerate your initramfs.
