updates were interupted, software update gave this message "There are unfinished transactions remaining. Please run yum-complete-transaction as root." did that problem unresolved. still says failed to process request when trying to check updates. what do?
The transactions are incomplete. It happens because of interruptions during updates. Run yum-complete-transaction --cleanup-only and then again restart the update
