I cannot reboot/reboot -f on a laptop. While rebooting, output is just showing "Rebooting" and nothing goes on. At that time, can't do ALT + F2 , etc.

OS is Fedora 19 (32 bit)

Laptop Model is Acer Aspire E1 -471

I tried installing Intel graphic drivers ... and so so... but, can't figure out.

Press and hold the power button for few seconds: . My advice is to keep the Fedora stock if your laptop works more or less fine, unless you are using it to learn Linux. Avoid any external software or drivers.

It also happens even if I haven't installed any other external software or drivers.

So, only press and hold the power button is the only option ? :D Will some updates like Fedora 20 should solve the problem ? (Hopefully)

Once you boot back up, can you look at the logs? Try journalctl

Do you have the latest BIOS? Try to experiment with .Known bug on opensuse (hard to say if it's exactly the same model):
