I cannot reboot/reboot -f on a laptop. While rebooting, output is just showing "Rebooting" and nothing goes on. At that time, can't do ALT + F2 , etc.

OS is Fedora 19 (32 bit)

Laptop Model is Acer Aspire E1 -471

I tried installing Intel graphic drivers ... and so so... but, can't figure out.

Press and hold the power button for few seconds: http://pc.answers.com/computer-hardware/frozen-computer-screens-using-the-power-button-to-shut-down-and-reboot . My advice is to keep the Fedora stock if your laptop works more or less fine, unless you are using it to learn Linux. Avoid any external software or drivers. http://www.phrases.org.uk/meanings/if-it-aint-broke-dont-fix-it.html

It also happens even if I haven't installed any other external software or drivers.

So, only press and hold the power button is the only option ? :D Will some updates like Fedora 20 should solve the problem ? (Hopefully)

Once you boot back up, can you look at the logs? Try journalctl

Do you have the latest BIOS? Try to experiment with http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Common_kernel_problems#System_hangs_on_reboot .Known bug on opensuse (hard to say if it's exactly the same model): https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=809833
