Uhm, you mean sftp?

when I connect to an ssh server with nautilus I type

sftp://username@serverip

after which I'm prompted for the password.

Tip: press Ctrl-L to access the location bar

P.S. following the first hit after typing nautilus and ssh in google gave me the same info.
