Tor network updated Polipo 2013 for fedora 16?

I am having troubles trying to install tor on fedora 16 since it seems all the links I find are out of date or something.

Fedora 16 is EOL and doesn't have the newer packages I'd guess. Please update to a currently supported reason: 18/19 and try installing tor. It should work just fine.
