[Firewalld] using Rich Language to write complex Rules

I am learning about the Rich Language and know that its been implemented to allow writing complex rules more easily and the rule changes are persistent/permanent.

What I am wondering about is what capabilities does this language bring at the moment(Fedora 19). Can I put checks on tcp flags and states just like iptables using Rich Language ? or is it something that will come in future releases
