notebook keyboard stops working after kernel 3.8 to 3.9 change in F17-19 LXDE

I have downloaded F19 LXDE image, booted live and the keyboard is not working at all, even CapsLock doesn't work. Before it I had F17 LXDE working good but some time after update the keyboard stopped working and I could not fix it. The keyboard works with kernel 3.8.13 if I choose it in GRUB menu. The computer s laptop LG R400.

If anyone knows what to do please help because it is very fast distro in this old machine and I don't want find other.

First post was here with title "Fedora 17 Keyboard stopped working" - I answered there. But it seemes it is not related only to F17.
