Hi I have downloaded fedora 18 xfce iso. I used live usb creator to install fedora to usb but many things are not working. I am getting many errors.

Is there a better way to install to usb and boot from it.

Thanks

Thanks for your reply. I used above mentioned live usb creator but I noticed that some time when I click on soem menu items they don't appear.

On top of my head the one is about user and group admin menu item in administration menu. No matter how many times I click it just doesn't show up. I was able to create user from command line by first switching to "su".

Another thing is that when I run update it ends with error. Is it usb limitation?

Thanks.

It shouldn't be a USB limitation. Please verify both the ISO that you downloaded and then the USB that is created. Try to re-do it. Should work fine as far as I know. I haven't used persistence for quite a while now so I'm not really certain.
