Why do I not have sound in my laptop speakers with the new kernel?

Dears. I have a laptop with Sony vpcZ138GA model , speakers and head set of my laptop would work correctly with kernel 3.8.x but with new kernel 3.9.x speakers doesn't work, means I can just hear voice via head set. I would want to know what happned in new version. several time I had this problem, some kernel would work correctly some kernels wouldn't work. would you please help me? what shall I do now?

If it's dependent on the kernel version, it could be a regression. Please try the steps listed here: http://fedorasolved.org/Members/fenris02/pulseaudio-fixes-and-workarounds and if they don't fix it, file a bug at http://bugzilla.redhat.com against the kernel component.

I have the same problem with Fedora 20, my audio card is IDT 92HD91BXX
