What you can do is a list of the installed packages on one computer, and then pass that list to yum in order to install the same list of packages on the other computer.

In the first machine you create the list of installed packages:

$ rpm -qa --queryformat '%{NAME}\n' > list

In the netbook, after configuring the same repositories as in the first machine, you install the packages of the list you created before:

# yum install $(cat list)
