Two things: first, Fedora 14 is long, long past its End of Life and there won't be any new updates for it, ever, including for security reasons. The only two versions now supported are Fedora 17 and 18. Second, you don't need special drivers for Intel Graphics. The kernel (and the various xorg modules) have everything you'll ever need to get full use out of them.

Try using a current Fedora release, 18, or 19 in a few days. They have updated packages and you'll get much better performance.
