What's the simplest method to modify a wordpress theme? [closed]

I got a trendy wp theme that I saved but I need to alter the background picture, the graphics in the slideshow, the title and emblem in the site, in addition to a couple of other items.

What's the simplest means to get this done?

Did you see the readme that came with the subject? It normally may let you know how you can change at-least some of those issues.

wp themes and find out whether you see the subject's name there. Have a look at it, should you choose. You may likely change things here too.

Well, let me tell you frankly not all WordPress themes allows high end customizations and I don’t have any idea whether your template allow such desired modifications or not? Yeah, I too agree that you should check out readme file that comes associated with the template to know about the same. However, what you can also do is finding out some high end customizable templates at one of my favorite place called Nulledlistings.com. Although, you can find plenty of other similar places as well online.

There's no way for Wordpress themes to prevent modification. To say that some "don't allow customization" is incorrect - it's a question of admin skill, not permission. As a derivative work of the GPLv2 licensed WordPress, WordPress themes must also be GPL licensed - you may have to pay for them, but once you have them you are free to modify and redistribute under the license terms.
