Francisco, thanks for your time and answer, but the noise after system resumes, it´s not normal the fan keeps runing very fast and does so much noise even if the only running process is the system and no other application running, I had wait like 30 min and the RPM´s from the fan doesn´t slow. What I had done it´s to restart all the Laptop and restar Fedora, I have to doit all the time. Thanks for your time and if you have some other comment I keep pendinf for further information.

Best regards, Alex Ruíz

Could be some sort of acpi/kernel bug. You could file one. I'm not sure how one would debug this.

Resuming from suspend can be a computational intensive activity. It's normal for the fan to run at high speeds. If your fan is making noise, it's probably a faulty fan, i.e., a hardware issue. I had a noisy fan. Replacing it fixed it.
