Fedora 18, Nvidia install, system freezes

Hi, i'm trying to install the nvidia driver as per this guide: ask.fedoraproject.org/question/10603/f18-how-to-install-nvidia-drivers/ i've followed each step and i've tried the same thing with different procedures over 5 times. The problem is that even though the options in Grub, "rdblacklist=nouveau nouveau.modeset=0" were already there the system hangs at start up.

Any ideas?

Can you provide some information from /var/log/xorg.0.log ? Usually, the lines with "EE", "error", or "warning" are relevant.
