How to update a package to F30 in copr

Hello , how to update a FC29 package to F30 in copr if the maintainer doesn't answer ? I see that we can do a fork, but i don't know how to do.

@fixide Have a nice day!! you need to wait for F30 releases....now.F30 beta test period.
