Well i don't how to give a report of this i used fedora 29 in my previous laptop without problems but i bought an Asus Vivobook x411ua i3-8130u, this is my wifi adapter,

02:00.0 Network controller: Realtek Semiconductor Co., Ltd. RTL8822BE 802.11a/b/g/n/ac WiFi adapter

for some reason if i restart (on the shutdown menu) the laptop, the wifi disappear ( as in the device doesn't show up ), normally fedora work pretty well for me, i used it on a lenovo ideapad 110 for 2 years before this one without issue, i have used fedora for a long time but i like to keep fedora as vanilla as possible, i don't even use spins, i have little experience trying to fix things because if something doesn't work i usually leave it like that, but i thought maybe this asking here could help me fix it.
