I login with Cinnamon and everything works fine.I think it's something wrong with Gnome.Honestly speaking,I love Cinnamon
Me personally, I would avoid flash player as much as I can, and remove it from my system and from Firefox. In fact, on many sites (on majority, I think), Firefox will play videos without flash player -- fullscreen too, -- and without crashes. I had actual need to use flash maybe a couple of times for the last year or two :)
If you absolutely can't live without flash player, then I would suggest installing google chrome, which has flash player built-in.
sudo dnf config-manager --set-enabled google-chrome
sudo dnf install google-chrome-stable
And then use Firefox for your normal day-to-day browsing, and use google chrome specifically when you need to use flash.

the most curiose thing is, taht you actually got a flash plugin from somewhere..
are you sure those videos are flash videos?
What video sites require flash nowadays and don't serve HTML5 video? The easiest probably is to remove/uninstall flash so the browser picks a sensible alternative.
