try sudo dnf remove nouveau and see if that helps, you might have to rebuidl the nvidia drivers, from the rpm

Please follow this guide from negativo17.org repositories: https://negativo17.org/nvidia-driver/

I personally find this repository best in term of Nvidia proprietary drivers.

Or you can try this short solution:

  • sudo dnf config-manager --add-repo=https://negativo17.org/repos/fedora-nvidia.repo
  • sudo dnf remove nvidia
  • dnf -y install nvidia-driver dkms-nvidia
