I want to increase the speed of <spam> Considering if the Fedora OS has an impact on speed? Also, how can I check what distribution and version the server uses now?

Thank you.

I'm not sure that it is, but I don't think that it's really Fedora specific. Closing.

Fedora Server is on F29, just as Workstation is. Fedora is the name of the distribution.

However, since stability is the essential need for servers, you may wish to consider CentOS instead.
