Whenever I try to download the Fedora 29 Mate 32 bit ISO, I keep getting the 404 file not found error. Please advise

You can try using the 32-bit NetInstall, I think it has an option to install MATE as the main system once you boot (not sure if it is 100% the same as using the MATE Spin).
