So I had just made an update and didn't change anything at all in the system and then when I started my PC the next day, it gets stuck at the screen just before login (the 3 orange square dots). But when I restart and select the 4.19 version, it works fine.

This has been happening for a while now about a month. I thought it would be fix with new updates but it didn't. And now I'm thinking it's something that I did because I can't find anyone in the internet with the same problem.

So what should I do to test what's wrong?

What video driver, and did you install it with rpm, akmod, kmod or proprietary? if proprietary, did you get the option to use dkms to update when kernels change? if not, then you may need to reinstall the video driver, every time the kernel updates. I use Nvidia GTX970 and the Nvidia binary with dkms enabled. so I get updated automatically when the kernel updates.
