Fedora 29, Dell XPS 15 9570, No bootable devices found

I was able once to install Fedora (29) already on this laptop, but then I wanted for some time to go back to Windows. Now I am trying to install it again and it fails to boot.

The installation process seems to work fine, it completes correctly. When I reboot however, I hit Deel Support Assist page that 'No bootable devices found.' I disabled secured boot,enabled ahci in bios, use uefi. I am at a loss what else I need to enable.

I was able to finally resolve this. I believe the installer doesn't handle properly disk changes.

I used Disks utility to delete existing partitions and then tried installing. This didn't help. But then when I tried again, this time it did work. I think it might be related to the partitions being encrypted, but I don't have enough knowledge to confirm.
