Your ISO file verifies OK and the GPG signature also verifies OK.
The CHECKSUM files contains checksums for several files, and as you only downloaded one of them the other checksums won't verify. That is fine and expected.
The GPG warnings just says that you have not specified that you trust the gpg certificate. As the fingerprint you have is the same fingerprint I have, you can assume the certificate is good.

Please be more specific, how exactly do you verify checksum? Do you use command in the terminal or do you select "Verify this media..." menu option from the installation CD or USB, or maybe something else?
