my wifi (Realtek Semiconductor Co., Ltd. RTL8723DE 802.11b/g/n PCIe Adapter) in Hp laptop not working , only blutooth is keep on and off when I press the wifi on button in Keyboard.

My notebook PC came with that same card. I fussed and fought with it for weeks before throwing it away and replacing it with an Intel 8265. It was a huge improvement.

If you really want to use that card, though, go to Github and search for Larry Finger's development drivers.
