I have installed fedora28 to my computer along with windows 10. I have all my things in windows which I want to use from Fedora28. How can I access the windows part so that I can copy my files into fedora28?

You should install ntfs-3g, ntfsprogs and fuse, after that your should be able to mount ntfs partitions. Be aware that windows 10 do not shutdown it hibernate your Windows, that will cause issues when mounting your NTFS partitions on Linux, so your should disable that option on Windows.

To install ntfs do:

sudo dnf install ntfs-3g ntfsprogs fuse

to manually mount your Windows partition:

sudo mount -t ntfs-3g /dev/sda1 /mnt/my_windows

A little more newbie friendly variant, if anyone needs it.

As far as I know all the necessary packages are installed by default in recent versions of Fedora.

I'm assuming you have installed default Fedora Workstation. To access your Windows drives you can:

1. Оpen Files application (also known as Nautilus, it's Linux/Gnome version of Explorer for Windows).
2. Press "Other locations" button at the bottom of left-hand sidebar.
3. You'll see a list of all the drives/partitions on you computer not used by Fedora.
4. Open one you need (if not sure which, test them all). You'll have to enter your password.

To identify your Windows partitions easily I'd label them in Windows, for example "WindowsSystem" for system drive (C:), "WindowsDocs" for drive D:, etc.

Also you should know, as aeperezt said, that to use Windows partitions in any other OS you have to disable "Fast boot" option in Windows.
