After create a virtual environment on my home directory (~) and activate it

$ python3 -m venv my-env
$ source myenv/bin/activate

and install the numpy package (packages = collection of python modules)

(my-env)$ pip install numpy

How Do we say to IDLE 3 that use that new virtual environment?
