DMZ Cursor on Fedora

It's probably a silly question...

I'm trying to install the DMZ cursor (the Ubuntu default white one) on my Fedora machine. Installing it from the package (https://apps.fedoraproject.org/packag...) works but the "working in background" cursor defaults back to the default one of Fedora.

(fyi: it's the one where your arrow is still visible but there is a small circle-like animation next to it).

All others seem to be working fine.

I've got the same problem in other applications besides Chrome (which I don't even use). It hapens in Thunderbird and Firefox as well and even in the File explorer window (when you upon up a remot server for example and it takes a while)

To clarify I fixed this by placing all contents of the downloaded package in

/usr/share/icons/default/
