I located some log files but I might be in the wrong place, I thought the log files were binary now because of systemd? Anyway I don't know where to look to find the source of these crashes on my Ryzen system.

Use journalctl to read out system logs. journalctl -k equals the output of dmesg to read kernel messages of the current boot.

If you use Gnome, there is also an application called gnome-logs (Logs) that provides a GUI for your journal.
