LXDE battery manager missing

Hi to all, i'm using Fedora 28 LXDE, and i simply find the battery manager. What should i Do?

i already have it, the problem is the "real" battery manager is missing... I need to setup settings for standby, laptop closed and similar stuff

Right click the task bar. Select Add / Remove panel items. Select the Panel Applets tab. Click the "Add" button and you will see "Battery Monitor".
