How to fix fedora rebooting at grub menu

On my Intel D915pgn motherboard with celeron D I was running fedora 29 workstation I386 but a number programs are X86 only so i got the X8664 bit rate and for some reason it wouldnt boot to a usb dvd rom drive so i installed a internal drive and the X8664 bit disc tested and booted just fine but after install i reboot the computer just reboots continously when its time to run the bootloader Does anyone know what's wrong or how to fix?

Welcome to ask.fedora! You ask a good question, with the right type of information but alas, I don't know the answer. Have you gone into your computer's set up program and checked to see if your boot order is correct? Also, do you get any error messages before it starts to reboot?

That's the first thing I tryed but still no boot. And no there's just the flashing line icon in the top left for about 1 second then it reboots no error mesg
